Meghan began her career with ECLC in 2017. She worked for ECLC as a Preschool Teacher for a year and a half before becoming ECLC's Assistant Director. Soon after, was promoted to Executive Director in. Meghan has been working in early childhood education since 2009. She attended and graduated from Barton County Community College. Meghan is an advocate for early childhood education and development. She is committed to running a successful program that provides high quality care with effective instruction and a career opportunity where staff can grow!

Infant Lead Teacher - Jami Korbe
Jami has been at ECLC since 2018! She first began as infant assistant teacher, and with time and experience, was offered the Infant Lead Teacher position. Jami is passionate about working with children and forming secure bonds and attachments with each child.
Toddler 1 Lead Teacher - Mya Squires
Miss Mya began teacher toddler one at ECLC August 2021. She began her career with ECLC as support staff and was quickly promoted to lead teacher! Miss Mya is gentle, patient and kind! She loves coming to work each day and engaging with each child to help them learn and grow.
Toddler 2 Lead Teacher - Heather Haase
Heather attended Barton Community College and studied Early Childhood Education while working at the childcare center on campus. She then worked at Precious Pals Preschool here in Ellsworth for almost nine years! Heather lives on a farm with her husband, Ryan, and teenage daughter, Marissa. Heather has worked in different rooms at ECLC for the past five years, but finally found her niche in Preschool 1. Heather loves working with her age group because she gets to assist them in becoming more independent in all areas of development.
Preschool 2 Lead Teacher - Macy Squires
Miss Macy began her career with ECLC in 2021 as an assistant teacher. Her motivation, high spirit, and calm demeaner quickly earned her a promotion to lead teacher! Macy attended FHSU and while completeing courses, worked at the childcare center on campus as an assistant teacher. Macy is an awesome role model and teacher focusing on positive classroom interactions and a quality environment.
Preschool 2 Lead Teacher - Taelor Griffin
Miss Taelor began her career with ECLC in 2020 as an assistant teacher and accomplished such amazing things that she was quickly promoted to lead teacher! She holds a Bachelor's and Masters in Social Services. Taelor has experience working with young children, and children with behavioral delays. Taelor enjoys working with preschool age children and we couldn't be more impressed with the things she has taught our preschoolers!
